Mature retired woman interested in homeshare.

Hello possible future housemate. I am a 54yo, professionally retired woman looking for a shared living situation with mature folks. I gave my current homeowner a 6mo notice so not in any hurry but advised I would move by June.

I am community conscious and politically aware. I tend to keep to myself but adapt easily in most situations. I have three successful adult daughters and a 8yo granddaughter who consistently astound me. Low key former 911 dispatch, provided homeless outreach for nearly a decade and tend to cook for plenty. Housemates get first dibs.

I am very organized and tidy, pay my rent promptly and have references to offer.
