26F Design Professional Looking for Room

About me: I’m Krithi (she/her), 26, a designer at a nonprofit. I’m looking for a room in a shared apartment, ideally a long-term sublet or lease takeover for at least 6+ months. I work a hybrid 9–5 and go into the office about 2–3 days a week.

Looking for a space to unwind after long days at work and looking for roommates who share similar values. I value a clean, neat space and respectful, chill communication with roommates. I don't have any pets (but great if you do).

In my free time I like making art, reading, playing basketball, video games, and attending art events around the city. I’m out of the apartment a lot between work, gym, seeing friends and exploring.

I don't bring the party home (or party at all in general), but I’m not opposed to a planned gathering in the apartment if all roommates are on board. I'd love a social household but no rager vibes. I like hosting 2–3 friends for dinner or a movie night occasionally and will communicate that ahead of time. Roommates are welcome to join the shenanigans!

Non-negotiables: LGBTQ+ friendly, not racist, and generally respectful of other people's lifestyle choices (wild that this has to be said, but here we are).
