Hello, I am looking for a room or a roommate to sign or start a lease in April. Moving from NYC. To start, as a room mate I am very respectful of the shared spaces and home. I believe in keeping them clean and organized. Other than that I am very easy going. I don't mind guests, I like to keep quiet but social. I spend most of my days out either skating or working and if I am home I am most likely working on freelance projects, reading, watching movies or just hanging with my cat. I do enjoy cooking and normally like to meal prep. I also mostly work in restaurant industry so bringing home food to share is often a regular thing. I enjoy going out on the weekends or even having a few beers in with friends every once in a while as well. As for my cat, Randy, he is super social and sweet. Loves to play and pretend he is hunting you when you go from room to room. Shockingly friendly with other cats, not territorial at all and will run right up to another cat and go belly up.
My only things really are cleanliness and I am not a big fan of smoking inside. Other than that I just enjoy a home I can rely on being a peaceful and pleasant environment to be in. Looking for room mates with the similar age and vibe. Communication is a must for me, just keeps mentally organized and on the same page. I am looking for rooms in the Silver Lake, Echo Park, Torrence, Long Beach, Pasadena, West LA or even Korea Town. My budget is around $1,200.
