Quiet | Non Smoker | Looking For Private Room

I am a (Hispanic/American) currently seeking a comfortable, quiet room in either Los Angeles County or the Western Inland Empire. I’ve spent significant time living in LA and recently transitioned to the IE, so I am very familiar with both areas and am looking for a situation that makes sense for my current lifestyle.

I maintain a very clean, organized, and respectful living environment. I am a non-smoker, do not use drugs, and I value a home that serves as a peaceful sanctuary. I travel frequently and manage several income streams

My Lifestyle: I lead a relatively quiet life. When I’m not focused on my work., I’m often researching my next travel destination or exploring local spots. I have no dependents and no pets. I believe in clear communication and respecting the privacy and boundaries of those I live with.
