I'm a video game designer starting at a studio in Irvine in February. In my free time I'm into baking and small batch chocolate making. I also enjoy reading and getting outside running or playing basketball.
I'll be getting a vizsla puppy in the very near future so a place with a yard is essential. If you haven't met the breed, they are extremely affectionate so if you only tolerate pups it could be overwhelming. I'm looking for the master bedroom plus an extra room for a home office and I'm willing to pay a larger share of rent to cover that.
I occasionally have family visit (parents and other relatives) who may stay for a few days and bring their dog, so looking for someone comfortable with occasional guests.
100% believe in keeping shared spaces clean and being respectful and communicating. A quiet professional setting would be best. I'm not a partier and would appreciate the same in a house mate.
