I currently rent my own place in Downtown, but because I travel frequently for business and return to Japan often, I am looking for a shared home where I can feel more secure while I am away.

・High speed Internet
・No street parking – garage parking or gated parking is required (I need to leave my car parked safely while I’m in Japan)
・I drive a Tesla, so EV charging would be a big plus
・I already own all basic furniture and appliances (can use mine or yours)
