Starting fresh in LA

Hi there! My name is Bailey, I’m 24 years old and I am planning to move out of my home state Michigan for the first time to have a fresh start building a life that I am grateful for, enjoy and dream of.

I am primarily looking to relocate inbetween Santa Monica to West Hollywood, anywhere above the 10 and west of the 101.

I am a former esthetician who has experience managing a salon and bookkeeping, and now I would like to start a career as a real estate agent, and I will have the California pre-licensing course finished before my arrival. As I work on completing that, I am applying to several property investment, clerk, and retail jobs in the areas I mentioned above. I also resell clothing online as an extra income source.

I love to cook and bake, study philosophy, do yoga/pilates, go for walks, and listen to music.

Overall, I’m looking for a roomate who’s respectful, genuine, friendly and accountable, and who wouldn’t mind helping me ease into a completely new environment comfortably. I would like to have a private bathroom with a tub, large closet and designated parking.
