Room wanted in New York

URGENT ROOM NEEDED!!
Hi! We are Liv and Taj, a mid-20s lesbian couple moving to NYC looking for a sublease or lease takeover for a room in February with a lease ending anytime after August (us two would be sharing one room, true bedrooms only!) We can provide 1st month’s rent, 1 months worth deposit, a credit score, pay stubs, proof of work, and will submit to background checks if needed.

We are fiancés who are VERY CLEAN, QUIET, NO DRAMA and a very RELIABLE couple who mostly keeps to ourselves. We value privacy, mutual respect, transparency, complete communication and cleanliness in a shared home. It is crucial to us that we all create in an environment/system that works for everyone, and room with people who are most importantly clean and mature.
Outside of the “professional roommate expectations” we are completely open and encourage creating true connections and friendships with our roommates if you are!!

Open to places in Brooklyn, Queens, or Manhattan.

Must-haves:
* Must be able to send videos of room and apartment (We don’t live in the state yet but have a couple family members that can come tour in person if required)
* Budget: $1,450 max, including all utilities (Wi-Fi/internet, heat, A/C, electric)
* Washer/dryer in unit preferred, but okay if in-building
* LGBTQ+ and POC-welcoming home
* Clean, peaceful environment — not a party household
* Women-only household preferred (no men)
* Within a 10-minute walk to trains and grocery stores

Hiii I’m Liv (she/her/they), I’m a feminine presenting lesbian whose dream is to live in NYC! I’m a barista, bartender and up cycle/alter clothes and resell them. I have a very whimsy yet chill and laid back personality. I’m also an artist and my other hobbies include: yoga, thrifting, roller skating, decorating my sanctuary, cooking, and baking

Hey I’m Taj (she/ her/ they), I’m a masc presenting feminine-natured lesbian, born and raised in Harlem NYC! I work in sales and also resell clothes on the side. My personality is sweet, nerdy, goofy and I love to chat about random stuff if you’ll let me! My hobbies include: thrifting, skating, art, movies and games, so if you’re down I would love to have game night sometimes!
