Hello all! I am a 35-year-old female looking for a roommate (preferably female) in a similar age range for a June 19th move-in, with a max budget of $1,000 per month all-inclusive (rent, utilities, and internet). I would love to team up to find a new place together, but I am also open to moving into an existing room if it’s a good fit.

I’m fairly introverted, tend to keep to myself, and work from home during standard daytime hours. Because of this, I really value a quiet, calm environment in the evenings and appreciate keeping shared spaces clean and organized.

I have most of the standard household essentials ready to bring, including living room furniture, washer/dryer, and plenty of necessary kitchenware, so we will have a great start on the common areas.

I also have a sweet cat (pictured!), so a pet-friendly home is a must. Additionally, I own a baby grand piano that I would love to place in the living room if space allows. I only play it during normal, daytime hours to ensure I’m always respectful of shared volume.
