Hi! I'm Sami. I'm relocating to SD STAT and am looking for a temporary space for soft landing. (my whole life is in storage and ready to go status).

FLEXIBLE PREFERENCES
- Furnished room with basics but not mandatory
- Preferably a house
- Female only tenants
- Ideally I'd have some space for a charcoal-based grill outside
- 3 to 6 months for soft landing. Open to discussing long term.

FIRM PREFERENCES
- Friendly pets ok, No cats 🤧
- No children living in the home
- Access to kitchen; it's a 'happy place'! I love to cook and share.
- No party houses, occasional hosts ok
- No smoking
- Wine/Beer accepted within the household
- Kind people who are not desensitized to what's happening in our country. Discussions not necessary 🙏🏼
- A home that values or respects boundaries and energy transfer, and cleanliness. I'm a HSP

RENT
Ideally ~$1,200 or under.
(I have two other rents to factor so just trying to be responsible (a storage with my 4 bedroom house in it, plus commissary kitchen rent.)🙃
