I'm Sami, and a new resident of San Diego as of April 2026. I'm looking for a new home in central San Diego.

FLEXIBLE PREFERENCES
- Furnished room with basics but not mandatory (I don't have my furniture here yet)
- Preferably a house
- Ideally I'd have some space for a charcoal-based grill outside
- Preferably not tenant residents, but I might be flexible.

FIRM PREFERENCES
- Friendly pets ok, No cats 🤧
- Has AC or working cooling systems
- No children living in the home
- Female only tenants
- Access to kitchen; it's a 'happy place'! I love to cook and share.
- No party houses, occasional hosts ok
- No smoking
- Wine/Beer accepted within the household
- Kind people who are not desensitized to what's happening in our country. Discussions not necessary 🙏🏼
- A home that values or respects boundaries and energy transfer, and cleanliness. I'm a HSP.

RENT
Ideally ~$2,000 or under.
