Needs Roommate, Hollywood, 30s, April, $1000-$1200

Hi, my name is Marshall Scott. I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 br 2 ba apartment with. My budget for rent is $1,000-$1,200 a month. Utilities would be split 50/50 (gas, electric, and internet). My move in date would be sometime between April 1st and April 4th. The areas I am interested in are Hollywood and East Hollywood. Leases will need to be separate. There must be onsite parking. No pets.

A little bit about myself. I am a kind, respectful, and responsible individual in my 30s pursuing an acting career. I like to keep a clean, tidy space and don’t like having a lot of noise around me. Because I am an actor, I will need to use part of the common area for a self-tape set up for virtual auditions. I am looking for someone who is also involved in the acting industry. Preferably someone who has lived with a roommate before, is close to my age, and is also kind, respectful, and responsible. Good credit, good rental history, and good communication are a must have. I do have furniture and other things I can bring with me.
