Hi! I’m a Texas native who’s lived on my own in Los Angeles for the past 10 years. I work from home as a model, creative, and entrepreneur (marketing/podcast/media), so I value a peaceful, well-kept space with great energy. I’m often out for photo shoots, dinners, film screenings, karaoke nights, or events with friends in the music and creative industries—but at home, I’m calm, respectful, and very independent.

I have a great eye for style and would love to live in a home with someone who also appreciates good design, natural light, and a space that feels elevated and intentional. I’m happy to contribute thoughtfully to shared spaces and am open to letting go of my living room furniture if the home is already beautifully furnished.

I do have a cat, though bringing him with me is optional—I’m flexible depending on the situation.

What I’m Looking For
I’m looking for a large bedroom in a high-quality home—ideally with lots of light, high ceilings, and bonus points for a backyard or pool. I’m open to many areas, especially Studio City, Valley Village, and North Hollywood, but I’m flexible if the home feels right.

My budget is up to $2,000/month for the right situation—this would be a top-tier home where living with roommates truly makes sense versus having my own place. I’m reliable, communicative, and respectful of privacy and boundaries, and I’m hoping to find a similar vibe.
