Room wanted in San Diego

Hey there! I’m Samantha, F, 40. I am looking for a small or large room (Bigger is better!) I'd prefer to have my own bathroom, Patio/balcony would be a huge bonus.
I am available to move on June 6, 2026 and I’d like to stay (around) $1,800/month. I would like to share (a space) with males or females, ideally between 27 and 60 years old.
I work full time, but tend to be a homebody when I'm not. I like to cook, garden, chill. I sew, and like to create things. Whether it be clothing, art, just depends on the day! And I LOVE outdoor plants!
I have 3 cats, who are total lovers/potato loaFFFs, but prefer to stay in my room. They can be adventurous, but ONLY if I'm there. (they're pandamic foster-fails (wins) and are the epitome of velcro, so, although they are social, I keep the door closed when I'm not there, because they are scared of everything) Also, I respect everyones’ space. I keep their litter box in my room/bathroom, and clean it 2-3x daily (no exaggeration!)
I don’t Not drink, I just don’t often, or heavily. I’m 420 friendly (gummies at night kind of gal, vape.)
