David Moylan, age 64, I am currently taking allied health care courses at Community College of Rhode Island and finalizing a paid commercial driver training course at RIPTA (Cranston/Quonset) Monday-Friday 7:30-3:30. I am looking for a quiet, air-conditioned accommodation where I can rest after long school days. I would appreciate a shared living situation with health care or human service professionals, but I also do fine with a broad range of people. I am very tidy, so get a bit stressed if I have to clean up after housemates. other than that I am chill.. I take evening language courses on-line, so I appreciate good sound proofing and functional AC. The room should accommodate a desk and a computer monitor. I am an early riser. I like to get out and get my steps in before it gets too hot. A safe indoor place for my bicycle is a big plus. I have excellent references and proof of employment.
