Hey i’m Leon! I’m 24 looking for a 3-5 month rental either with roommates or a sublease. I run an organization for a nationwide solar installer. I work frequently and i’m pretty much always out of the house. I’m easy going, ideally would like to find easy going roommates similar in age. A childhood friend & I are getting a house within the next 3-5 months & my apartment lease is up. I’m clean, respectful, quiet & would be glad to help around the house!
