Hey everyone!
I'm looking for a preferably furnished room (a bed at minimum) in Manhattan, but I'm also open to Astoria, LIC, Williamsburg, Bushwick, or other safe nearby areas that’s not a hassle to travel to the city from, if it's the right fit.

Move-In: June 1st
Budget: Up to $1,500/month
Goal: Keep total move-in costs under $1,600 if possible
Length: Ideally through the end of 2026 or longer but flexible

I'm looking for a straightforward room rental, sublet, or roommate situation. Preferably something with low upfront costs and a simple move-in process.
