Looking for a space with Good Energy

Hi there, I’m looking for a private bedroom, room, guest house, or ADU in the Sherman Oaks / Studio City / Valley Village / Toluca Lake area. Furnished or unfurnished is great, and a private bathroom (or mostly private) would be ideal.

A little about me: I’m calm, observant, and genuinely thoughtful about the spaces I live in. I’m naturally very clean and organized, but more than that, I really care about how a home feels. I’m the kind of person who notices the light in a room, keeps things tidy without being rigid, and treats a space with respect.

I’m an actress and recently moved back to Los Angeles, intentionally starting fresh. I’m in a grounding, rebuilding chapter…looking for a place where I can land, exhale, and build forward. I’m warm, friendly, and easy to be around, but I also value privacy and independence. I’m low-drama, low-maintenance, and emotionally aware (the good kind).

I lived in Sherman Oaks/ The Valley for many years before leaving LA, and returning to this area feels important to me.. it’s familiar and grounding. I’m hoping to find a space that feels like a mutual fit: calm, clean, considerate, and easy to share.
