$800 Budget, Male, 46, Move In Ready Now

I am a male student aged 46. I am available to move in August and have a budget of $800/month. I am clean, professionally minded, and very focused on finishing my Bachelor's Degree. Private bath is preferred. A Private entrance even better. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 30 and 65 years old. I work in sport, which is seasonal, and am also a p/t restaurant server. The sport work assures you I am background checked. I can fix almost anything in a home and am happy to pitch in communally. I can't afford more until degree is earned, due to other obligations.
