Moved to San Marcos at the beginning of the year for work. I'm looking to stay as close to downtown as possible, and preferably actually in it.
I'm quiet, neat, and a minimalist. I just need a place to sleep and work (which I mostly do from home as a web developer). The loudest thing I do is play acoustic guitar, but I'm happy to save that for when roommates aren't home, or go outside if it's not 100 degrees.
I mostly keep to myself, but am super-friendly and avoid drama like the plague. If all you need is someone to reliably pay rent and be a low impact roommate, that's me.
