HI All,

The amazing studio I had lined up for April-October just fell through. I'm ideally looking for my own place and flexible on budget based on the right spot. I'm pretty easy going overall, work a lot, but do need a quite, clean spot and no drama. I am really looking for my own spot but would be to a "roommate" situation under certain circumstances.
I also have a beautiful home in LA and willing to do a house swap!
