Room wanted in Seattle

I am a professional male, age 37. I am relocating from Portland for work purposes. My work is 100% in person. I’m available to move from 02/01/2026 and have a budget of $1400/month. I’d prefer furnished, but it’s not a deal breaker. It’ll be a 3-6mo occupancy preferably downtown Seattle. I wouldn’t mind sharing with males or females, ideally between 25 and 50 years old and I’m friendly with pets.

I consider myself a good house mate. I am respectful, I clean up after myself, I wash dishes, but I doubt I’ll be cooking as much, I take out the trash. I take the initiative to keep thing cleans(I’m not a fan of bugs or bad odors).

I like to go out for dinner and drinks, a concert or something eventful. I’m semi social, I usually just have to warm up to you and feel out the vibes. I’m pretty handy if you need help with tasks around the house, on a project or hobbies. I’m easy going, pretty chill and communicative.
