Hi! I'm Maria, 23, working in Marketing at a tech startup lose to Herald square. Our former office was in North Brooklyn and I continued living there after the company's move to Manhattan but I'm ready for a move to the city! I'm looking for a room with a large closet, preferably in a building with amenities like washer/dryer and optimally a gym. I'm seeking housing for a period of 3 to 9 months, open to committing longer if I fing a great fit :).

I'm extroverted and social but like to recharge in my room after work; I work 5 days in office and I'm often out and about on weekends too. I'm relaxed but clean and favorable to arranging a shared cleaning schedule with roommates. I'm a social smoker but will NEVER smoke in the apartment. I'm always open to befriending roommates and hanging out with roommates outside the apartment.
