I am a 35yr old tech worker who lives with two indoor cats. My current lease expires at the end of March so I am looking to rent a house with one or two roomates. I work from home most weekdays and am clean, quiet, and respectful, but I still enjoy being social. If I am not working, my hobbies include gaming of all kinds. I am looking to stay in the north Tempe area but am willing to consider homes in Chandler or Mesa as well.
My goal in renting a house with roommates is to find a comfortable, long-term living situation that benefits everyone. I am saving money for a home of my own and am very tired of moving between apartments that raise my rent every year!
