Pet/Queer friendly Housing for 2 People

Myself and my roommate are in need of a place to live.

Currently, we live in Westminster. We are willing to move anywhere in or near Denver (and suburbs), Fort Colins, Loveland, Greeley, and anywhere else roughly in that range.

I am a hard worker that will always bring in an income regardless of the situation. My roommate is disabled and unable to work (benefits applications pending).

There are two pets living with us(a cat and a dog), so we strongly prefer a pet welcoming home.

My roommate is cis-female, queer, and in her 20s. I am a trans-woman, also queer, and in my 30s. Both of us are progressively leaning, and have a distaste for right extremism.

We are quite willing to negotiate as long as the rent is within budget.
