Hi! I'm looking to rent a room in the $1,200-$1,400 per month range, preferably in Costa Mesa, Newport Beach or Huntington Beach areas. I am clean, quiet and respectful, and responsible professional. I currently work as a paralegal while attending school and working toward my law degree, so I spend much of my time studying, working, and focusing on my education and career. I am very respectful of shared spaces and have no problem helping keep common areas clean and organized. I pay my rent on time, am dependable, and am looking for a peaceful and stable place where I can . stay for at least a couple of years while I continue school and save to purchase my own place.
