ABOUT US:
We’re two male, established NYC professionals seeking a long-term rental in a calm, well-maintained home/apartment. We’ve both lived in our current apartment for many years and are only moving because the owner is selling. Available to move in mid-Feb/early March, with flexibility for the right space.
With stable income and excellent references, we have a history of keeping our living spaces clean, comfortable, organized, and peaceful. Our respective financial security has come through a combination of high-end events, hospitality, teaching, and the performing arts, working consistently with established companies and institutions.
In terms of our dynamic, we're simply two men who are fortunate to have found a compatible way to live together while independently progressing in our individual pursuits. Bright, tidy, mutually considerate living environments are what we value, as well as stellar communication; we tend to stay for years when a residence is a good fit.
We’re respectful neighbors, honor shared spaces in buildings/homes, and are happy to provide strong landlord references, income documentation, and a brief tenant bio. Our current landlord often describes us as having “made the space better” while living in it over the years.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Ideally a place around $850–$1,000 per person, but flexible for the right apartment.
• 2 bedrooms (1/1.5/2 baths)
• Shared living room
• Washer/dryer (in-unit or building)
• Lots of natural light in bedrooms
• Private or low-traffic entry (small building, townhouse, walk-up ideal)
• Easy walk (10–12 min or less) to subway, grocery, and gym
• Month-to-month or yearly lease with flexibility to stay long-term
• Perk: Possible close proximity to large neighborhood parks (one tenant is an avid runner who frequents Prospect Park for runs and walks)
NEIGHBORHOODS:
Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, East Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Park Slope, UWS/UWS walk-ups (with 1st-floor bike room), LIC (older buildings)
ABOUT YOU:
We’re looking for a landlord that appreciates tenants who take care of their living environment and maintain a dependable routine. Ideally, you’re someone who understand the relief of having tenants pay promptly, honor the property, and create a harmonious household. We’re easy to work with, organized in our day-to-day schedules, and communicate clearly and reasonably when something genuinely requires attention. We look to find a renter who prioritizes the overall quality and character of their tenants; someone approachable and professional, in a mutually beneficial dynamic.
Solid references are available on request — previous landlords can confirm our reliability, tidiness, and attentive nature as tenants.
