I am a 46 years old male looking for a room to rent in the Valrico / SR 60 area for around $600 - $800. I am currently living at a PadSplit in the area but it's definitely not for me and I am trying to find a different place to live ASAP. I have worked at Applebee's on SR 60 for the last 5+ years and don't have a car so I need to be within walking distance so I can walk to and from work everyday. I don't mind walking at all and as long as it's not longer than an hour walk to get to Applebee's I'm fine with it. I'm very quiet and private and keep to myself almost all the time and I never get involved with or start any drama whatsoever. I hardly ever have anyone over and typically stay in my room and mind my own business and go out walking whenever I need something. I also don't smoke and I don't have any pets… So, if anyone can help out, I would be beyond appreciative, even if it was just something temporary... Thanks.
