Hi - the leaseholder of my current apartment decided that he wants to move in on 1st of April, so I have two weeks to find a new place. I'm a New Zealander working in NY at the UN. I'm looking for a sublease, preferably until the end of July/early August, but given the circumstances I'm not too picky.

I'm keen to live anywhere with a <45 min commute to midtown (Grand Central). I don't mind how many flatmates, ages, genders, etc. I'd prefer to live with students, recent grads, or young professionals but I'm happy + comfortable living with practically anyone.

I spend most of my time at work or out of the house, so I won't be home very often. I've been flatting for the last 5 years, so I'm considerate, tidy, and respectful. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly.

Just looking for a clean, furnished sublease in a safe area with an easy commute to midtown, and preferably cool flatmates.
