I am a 22 y/o engineer living and working in the Gaithersburg area for the past year. I have 1 cat, cook fairly often, and typically work from home 2 times per week. It is important to me to have access to washer/dryer, private bathroom, and ideally a private kitchen (though private kitchenette or shared kitchen would be okay too). Also important are parking (street is fine), high-speed internet (for work as well as occasional gaming in free time), and I would prefer unfurnished.

I do not smoke, am fairly introverted/quiet, friendly, and very clean. I intend to stay in this area for a number of years, and would be a low-maintenance + long-term tenant. Looking to spend <=$1500/month all-in. My current lease ends in mid-May 2026, but I would be happy to figure things out ASAP, so please reach out. Thanks!
