Quiet working professional looking for a furnished room (or small studio) within about 3 miles of Walt Whitman High School in Huntington Station. I work right across from the school. Budget is tight — $800/month or under, utilities included if possible. I must move by Saturday, October 31, and I can view on my days off, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I have very few possessions, keep things clean, and I'm at work most of the day. References from my employer available.
