Single male looking for space asap

I am a male. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 05/01/2026 and have a budget of $1,200/month at most depending on other expenses needed. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 40 60 years old, preferably in or around Old Bridge, Sayreville, East Brunswick areas. Also open to ts women or any gender; I’m not bias nor do I judge. The reason I’m needing that area is because I go to dialysis 3x a week due to renal kidney failure & the place is in the Rt 18 Plaza. Otherwise I’m as healthy as a mid 30’s guy. I’m quiet & keep to myself mostly so won’t get in the way.
