Female, Cat, $1250, 3/1/2026, Private Bath

I am a low-key, single female who does not drink or smoke. I work as a Nanny with one family for the past 5 years, who lives in HB.
I am a Reiki Healer who has been practicing since 2012. I am looking for preferably large bedroom. I like to keep things clean and organized.

I am available to move from 03/01/2026 and have a budget of $1,500 (preferably utilities included) or less per month. I have an indoor cat who’s shy but friendly. She is 3 yrs old and is up to date with her shots. I would like to share a place with a professional working individual, retired is ok also, ideally between 30 and 65 years old. I am looking for a home to have my own room and private bathroom.

I am looking to live in or by Huntington Beach or surrounding area in Orange County, CA only.


Must haves-

Available parking on property or a reserved place to park. An available garage space is a plus.

Plenty of storage. I don’t have a lot of things, just a lot of clothes so preferably I need a big closet.

Washer and Dryer on site or in the home.

A peaceful environment where I can write my poetry, my book, read and research. No parties or loud late night hang-outs or people. I’m a night owl but I keep to myself and I am quiet. I consider myself a private person and keep to myself and my cat. I love music and do attend to some monthly music events, nothing crazy, just cool peeps and to dance. I’m a health conscious eater and a healthy woman. No meal restrictions.

Respectful with me, my cat and my furniture, clothing, beauty products, food, car and property, etc..

Not a messy, dirty place in common shared areas.

Deal breakers- loud, noisy, nosey, rude, disrespectful, dirty, unorganized and smelly household or people. No “party people”, no tobacco, no drunks or illegal drugs, no loud gamers or loud sports fans. No aggressive pets. My cat is an indoor cat only, no exceptions.

Room requirements- preferably unfinished.
Big closet for my shoes, clothes and accessories. Preferably my own bathroom. Own entrance is a plus.
