Professional Male looking for a Room to Rent Soon!

I am a professional male in my 30's and am seeking a room for rent or a guest house for rent. I would ideally like to move in somewhere this week but would be okay moving into a place a little later as I would like to find a good fit. I would like any roommates to be respectful of personal space and time, no need to bring home unnecessary drama, keeps the common place clean, and doesn't bring home the party. I would say my family and friend would describe me as quiet, respectful, and handy/helpful. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of 1250 including utilities.
