I am a 43 year old single man. No pets. Newly sober and attending school for Medical Office Administration. Looking for a room to rent. I am going through a transition phase where I want a better life for myself and I feel like a room to rent is the first step towards my independence. I would love a newly furnished bedroom but it's not a requirement as I have a storage unit with a lot of pieces for a room. A private bathroom would be ideal but, again, I'm very open and compromising. No drug users as my sobriety is VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. I'm looking for at least a year long stay with access to public transportation until I am able to get my own transportation. I am employed and can afford rent reasonable for a room with WiFi and utilities included. I stay to myself and I'm focused on school and staying sober.
