My name is Ria — originally from London — and I live locally in the Hollywood Hills with my dog Thumper, who truly is a gentle giant.

We’ve been staying with dear friends, but they have just sold their home with a quick close, so we are now hoping to find our next place within the next 6 days.

If anyone happens to know of an ADU, guest house, studio, or even a room in the right household, we would be incredibly grateful to hear about it.

🐾 About Thumper
Thumper is a Cane Corso who, from a distance, sometimes looks like he may have been beamed up from the underworld… but up close you’ll see the softest, kindest eyes and the sweetest nature imaginable.

• 🏠 Fully house trained & calm indoors�
• 🐕 Genuinely wonderful with other dogs & people

He is beautifully trained and stays almost entirely glued to my side.
If there’s a balcony, he’ll happily sit and “guard” not only your home but the neighboring ones too — essentially full-time security.
Think ADT… but furrier and more intuitive.

🌿 About Me
I’ve been compared to Monica from Friends when it comes to cleanliness and organization. I’m lethal with a cordless Dyson and surprisingly effective with a leaf blower!

🌱 I love gardening, being outside, organizing spaces, and taking good care of wherever I live.

🏡 I own my own property in London and manage three additional family rental homes there, so I understand both sides of renting and owning.

As a tenant, I treat a home as if it were my own — with care, respect, and pride — and I’m always flexible should an owner ever need their space back.

• 🏠 ADU, guest house, or studio with its own entrance�• 🌿 Balcony or small outdoor space (Thumper would be thrilled)�• 📍 Hollywood Hills area (currently off upper Nichols Canyon)�• 🧺 Washer/dryer access would be wonderful but not essential
