Hi, I'm 20 years old and looking for a small room to rent. I have a budget of up to $800 a month. I'm usually quiet and keep to myself but I love talking to people and hanging out with people if I have the chance. I would keep my area and any area I use clean after use, I can do household chores too if needed. Looking to stay somewhere for 3+ months while I search for a job to rent an apartment. My current job is game development, where I have 3 projects I'm working on right now, but it doesn't reach the 3x rent as income things most apartments have.
I have no preferences for roommates, I'm cool with anyone. Only amenities I would really need to be able to go about my days are a washing machine and wifi.
I'm looking to move in as soon as possible, preferrably before like January 5th or so.
