Seeking a Room for Rent

Greetings! I’m a friendly mature lady starting a new chapter since becoming a widow. I'm a retired teacher and also work remote for a consulting firm. I believe in always being considerate, respecting your space and communicating well. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the home isn't an issue for me.

I will never entertain, my meals are kept simple although I do eat out often, most importantly I cherish my quiet space in a low-key well kept environment. I’m unassuming, a nonsmoker, don't drink and do not indulge in recreational drugs. I’m stable, responsible and I have a clean background and proof of income.

My monthly budget is between $800-$1,000 monthly all inclusive and willing to pay the higher end indicated above if a private bathroom is provided.

I’m looking for a move in date of June 24th, 2026 or shortly thereafter.

Length of stay ideally 6-12 months perhaps longer if mutually agreed upon. For your convenience I'd be happy to pay rent (via Zelle or Venmo) on a weekly or monthly basis, it’s totally up to you.
