Room wanted in Chicago

I am a chill barista aged 24 (non-binary, AFAB).

I would like to share ideally between 22 and any age older. gender doesn't really matter to me, but if you're also queer that would be great.

I work in very fast paced environments, so when I come home, I usually like a calm and slow environment. I go out often, but I don't drink or smoke. My only real hard no is smoking (tobaco, ****, or vaping in the house). I like to read and i'm pretty quiet. I don't expect anyone to be as quiet as me, but someone who isn't a frequent party thrower and would like to hang out every once in a in awhile would be nice. I was born and mostly raised in Chicago, but I am currently moving up from Peoria, Illinois, so I I am available to move from 10/01/2026 and have a budget of $900/month.
