Mom and Dad with 2 yr old boy

Hi i am looking for some space to rent and to call home for me and my family. Our current living situation is getting cramped as kaleo is growing and getting more active every day. I am a pizza maker at papa johns as well as an all around artist from charcoal portraits to acrylic paintings, to floral arranging and my man (mike) builds and works on sport bikes and motorcycles currently. We dont have a vehicle ar the moment so need to live within walking distance of convenience stores or bus stops. Need safe place for our little boy to grow and flourish. We need to get out of the unhealthy environment that living at a budget suites has created, our landlords are awful here and dont fix anything we request for and our neighbors are very rude and by that i mean un human. My son almost got hit by a truck flying through the parking lot yesterday and ive had it with this place and these people here. If two years of loyalty in complying with their rules and paying almost 15 k a month in rent, doesnt buy some kind of equal or fair treatment, i really dont know what else to do. Hopefully theres someone out there that can help with my situation. Its alot to take in, but me mike and kaleo are a happy little family of three and are pretty clean even in small quarters like the one bedroom we occupy now. I and mike are happy to help out with up-keep of the house and yard/ pool (more than happy to scrub pool walls even) we love to be outside, go on walks, and watch tv/ movies together, paint paintings, play piano, and ride bikes/skateboard for exercise. We need the type of place we can be loud in (we have a two year old) and also enjoy the peace in if that makes sense. Most of all we need a place to really feel like we can call home and really feel settled into.
