$800, 29 Male, Jan 3, Quiet Place Needed

I am a 29-year-old professional male photographer, recently returned to Los Angeles after traveling internationally. I’m looking for a simple, quiet place to sleep, ideally close enough for me to get to my gym, while I get re-established and focus on work here in LA.

I’m a non-smoker and sober-living minded, and I maintain a low-key, work-oriented, and fitness-focused lifestyle. I keep regular hours, generally stick to myself, and am clean and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t host parties and am really just looking for a comfortable, low-stress home base between workdays.

I’ve previously rented in Hollywood for the last several years and am very comfortable in shared apartments. I travel light (just a couple of backpacks + my pick up truck at the moment), have no pets, and keep my living footprint minimal.
