Room wanted in Fort Lauderdale

Hi! I’m a local small business owner with excellent references and long-term rental history.

I rented my last condo for 8 years with consistent, on-time payments (never late). During that time, I also helped manage the property for the landlord while he lived out of state, serving as a reliable on-site point of contact and ensuring the home and association Communication was well cared for.

For transparency, I do have school-aged children 16 & 9 children who are with me 50% of the time so ideally two available rooms .

They are well-behaved, accustomed to structure, and respectful of shared spaces.

I’m very mindful of house rules, cleanliness, and maintaining the condition of the home.
I have extensive experience managing both residential and commercial properties and take pride in being organized, proactive, and dependable.

If the homeowner travels, I would be happy to serve as a trustworthy on-site presence to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
