Finance/Banker professional (WFH) seeking room

I’m a finance professional who recently started a new role with a major bank (top ten in America). I work fully remote in east coast hours, keep a structured schedule, and spend most of my weekdays working quietly from home, watching TV, cleaning, lifting, and just loving to explore nature and the area around us. I enjoy exploring. I am very easy to live with and am very clean. (Thanks Asian mom, lol). I am all at once nerdy, outgoing, and adventurous. I don't drink but have no issues with anyone drinking at all. I do not easily get angry or argue. I like to volunteer with kids and charities.

Over the past few months I was staying in Orange County with someone I knew while helping through cancer treatment. I’m now looking to relocate and settle into a clean, stable living situation closer to Los Angeles.

I earn a strong, steady income and can pay the first month’s rent immediately. While I may need some flexibility on the deposit timing (extra 12 days), I’m happy to provide pay stubs, an employment and salary verification letter from my employer HR dated the day you request it, references, and even connect you with my accountant if helpful.

I’m respectful and lowkey and value a calm, well-maintained home. Ideally looking for a place where everyone is considerate, communicative, and treats the space responsibly.
