New Living Space Needed

Hi. I’m 54 (almost 55) non-smoker living on disability with movement disorder and mast cell (severe allergies with possible anaphylactic reactions) diseases. I continue to care for two 7 yr old cats (fixed and well trained) that my kids left with me when they went to college. My medical costs are higher than government “allowed” so I cannot afford more than $600/month (including all utilities, pet fees- everything). An area to myself will help reduce my allergies but if shared space, please only one other person to share bathroom area with so my allergy reactions to strong scents/smells will be less. I am very allergic to dogs and all types of smoking and vaping. I would like to be able to let the cats get exercise and play outside the bedroom during the day if other roommates are okay with it. They never go outside as I have many tree grass flowers etc allergies. A place near transit would be great for medical transport as many of my doctors are at the main IHC, U of U and Huntsman medical centers, but I have a vehicle too. I do not have recent rental history as I lived at my brother’s in Colorado from Mar 2024-mid Nov 2025, and before that I owned a townhouse here in Draper (full of mold broken water/sewer lines and illegal electrical fixtures and wiring) and before that a condo. My realtor said he would be happy to be a reference for me, if needed as he has known me many years. Unfortunately my brother lost his job (and his only truck broke down) in Colorado in April 2024 thru September 2024 and I helped his family of 5 with much of their finances and transportation needs while I stayed there, so my savings is gone now and I do not have deposit money at this time. I would be able to pay deposit fees over a 3-4 month period. Thank you for your time and consideration.
