Hi,

I'm currently working out of Fredericksburg, VA as a government employee for the USDA. I've lived here for 4 years, and it looks like I'll remain here for the foreseeable future! I'm looking for an unfurnished, private room & bathroom in the area. Ideally, I'd prefer a separate unit or secluded basement situation with a full kitchen and laundry

I'm drug-free, no pets, no kids and single. I keep to myself and value peace and cleanliness strongly

As an aside, I'm also open to buying a home to share in the area, but of course, this warrants a more in-depth discussion.
