I am a 46 year old female looking for a private room rental in a house, condo or townhouse. I prefer to live with one other person, but would consider two. I would also prefer a furnished bedroom, but I am flexible about this. I do not mind living with males or females. I work full time and I have to be at work early most mornings so I am very considerate of other peoples' sleep and work schedules. I am laid back, respectful and kind so I get along well with others. I have a strong work ethic and it is important for me to pay my bills on time, keep a clean house and contribute to getting chores done around the house.
