I'm a recent transplant from Taiwan, where I lived as an expat for 22 years (20 of those in the same apartment through 3 landlords). I am looking for long-term accommodations, but at least a minimum of 3 months. I am exceptionally clean and neat (and have always been a street-shoes-off-in-the-house person). I pick up after myself and generally leave an area in better shape when I leave than when found it. I am intentional in my treatment of others: I prefer kindness and to be thoughtful and considerate. I don't have people over, party, or play loud music. At most I'll be filming self-tape auditions in my space. I have a job as a performer in an immersive family experience, and I will soon be supplementing my income with acting work. I have savings from my time in Taiwan and an excellent credit score (785).
