Seeking quiet, peaceful space to rest when not wor

I’m a reliably full time employed woman in my 50s, seeking a long term room rental.

Looking to move to downsize & reduce my monthly costs, to build up savings for much needed purchases.

I’m flexible with moving dates, available to move beginning March 12, 2026.

My monthly budget is $900-maximum..

Willing to share a rental with person(s) who are 18 to 65 years old, who are employed or retired, person(s) that have their own finances to cover their share of the living costs per month.

I do work as many days a week as I can. It does vary from 4-10 hour days, to 6-10 hour days per week. I work overnight and sleep most of the day during my work week, and most of the day after, to ‘catch up’ on sleep.

You can expect that I won’t have guests in and out of your home. If I plan to visit with anyone I’ll usually meet them out or go to where they reside. I find it helps to show respect for your space, by not bringing strangers you don’t know into it. Even whenI know them to be good people, it doesn’t mean you’re comfortable with them being in your home. I genuinely work to show you that I understand and respect your personal space, and I do understand renting a room in someone’s home (even with shared common areas), doesn’t mean you (as the landlord) give up the autonomy of your personal space.

I’m extremely responsible and take great care to respect others’ space, boundaries, and living situations.

I hope to receive the same respect in return.

I tend to keep to myself. I’m very quiet and don’t require daily interaction to feel comfortable.

I do have pets and would be grateful to find a pet lover to rent a room from.

I’m extremely clean, and I hope to find someone who maintains clean living quarters in all aspects, because a clean environment provides happy, healthy people.
