Roommate available!

Hi! I’m a 28-year-old ex-Pennsylvanian who just got a job in Cherry Hill. I also wrestle up in Mount Holly, which is the main reason I moved.

I’m generally friendly and communally clean (my own room can get cluttered but I’m very good about shared spaces). I run on night owl hours, but I’m respectful of the fact that my roommate(s) likely will not be. I don’t currently have any pets, but would like to have a cat or tank reptile eventually. If I’m cooking or baking, I’ll probably offer you some. I have no real preference on my roommate’s gender, age, etc., but I am queer so non-judgemental is preferable. I’ll be out pretty frequently, between work, wrestling, and socializing, so if we don’t click on a personal level it should hopefully not be too big of a deal. I genuinely enjoy deep cleaning, so I’m happy to contribute to a chores list. I’m big on communication; I generally don’t care if you use my things as long as you ask first, and there’s no way I can fix something I do that bothers you if you don’t tell me (and I’ll *gently* communicate the same). I don’t really smoke, but don’t mind if you do. No smokers refers to cigarettes, as I am allergic.

I’ll end by saying this: most of this is about me because I’m pretty flexible on who you are :)
