Responsible & Respectful looking for clean room

About my living situation:
I live in a 1 bedroom apartment off Jamboree (alone) but my lease is ending and I don't want to renew because I travel a lot and think it's dumb that my apartment sits unoccupied most of the time.

I'm exploring taking a hiatus and doing some long term travel outside of the country, but I don't have a specific itinerary yet. I would realistically like to find a room that is short term or flexible (month to month with 30 days notice) in the event that I get my plan quickly and don't want to be stuck in a long term lease. But like I said, it is currently in idea phase and I have no definitive plans yet. This could hypothetically be 1-6 months depending on what I decide to do!

About me:
I'm super responsible, respectful, clean and easy going. I can be your friend, or I can stay in my room and keep to myself. I love to be outside, so I will probably not be in the house a lot during sunshine hours, but it would be great if there's a balcony, patio or a yard where I could sit out and work.

I work online and in the travel industry, so I do have trips pop up quite frequently and is another reason why I can't justify living alone anymore. My apartment sits unoccupied a lot of times while I'm away on work.

I recently adopted an adult male cat that looks like a mini leopard. He's quiet and very easy going -- rarely meows or makes noise. I'd be fine with him alone in my space. He doesn't scratch furniture or have any potty issues. I clean his box daily and make sure he's groomed and that my space is tidy.

I will treat your home (or your rented space) as my own. I don't like a messy kitchen, I clean frequently and always clean up after myself. I don't drink, do drugs or do anything crazy. If I hang with friends I usually meet them out for coffee or outside activities.

Safety is a priority, since I'm a single female it is important to me to feel safe and know that my roommate(s) care about it as well. I would prefer to be around other working professionals but am open to families. I don't have children but am everyones favorite auntie.
