Hey, my name is Charles. I’m planning to move in around early February 2026 and I’m currently looking for a room in a shared place.

A little about me: I work full time at a Honda dealership and I’m transitioning into a sales role. My schedule is consistent, I’m financially responsible, and I keep to myself during the week because I work long hours. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and pretty low key at home.

I do have a small dog named Bruno (miniature pinscher). He’s quiet, house and trained, and friendly. I’m very responsible with him he’s walked regularly, well cared for, and I’m mindful about keeping common areas clean. I completely understand pet rules and am happy to be upfront about him.

I’m not a party person. I don’t bring drama, I don’t blast music, and I’m usually either working, at the gym, or resting. I get along well with roommates who value mutual respect, communication, and a calm home environment.

I’m looking for a place where everyone does their part, pays rent on time, and keeps things straightforward. I’m flexible, open to meeting in person, and happy to answer any questions.
